Notice: Special Executive Committee Meeting 

Pastor,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to provide you and your church with a 60-day notice as required by the current constitution and Bylaws of an upcoming special Executive Committee meeting scheduled for the Black Creek Baptist Association on August 3, 2026, at Highland Fellowship in Lawtey, starting at 6:00 PM. This meeting will provide an opportunity for us to come together as an Executive Committee to discuss important matters affecting the Black Creek Baptist Association.

During this meeting, the Leadership Team will present proposed updates to our Constitution and Bylaws, along with other associational business. As you know, the Executive Committee is comprised of each Senior Pastor of our associational churches. Your participation is vital, as each Senior Pastor's input will contribute to the positive direction and governance of our Association.

I look forward to seeing each of you, sharing insights, and making decisions that will benefit our churches and the communities we serve.
