The Black Creek Baptist Association will endeavor to: 

1. Pray for and endeavor to support the mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of our pastors to promote pastoral health.

2. Cultivate peer relationships that focus on friendship, encouragement, and accountability to cultivate pastoral growth.

3. Providing training for pastors and church leaders to enrich Bible centered ministry.
